Deja Vu

Above is the late roller coaster, Deja Vu, from Six Flags Great America that no longer resides at my local theme park. Anyways on a happier note, SHOPPING! I love shopping/browsing online (mostly shopping =/) and as I was browsing TOPSHOP's site I noticed a dress that had a print that was beyond similar to a dress that I recently purchased on Urban Outfitter's website. I am in love with this vintage floral print so of course it jumped out at me when I saw it on a different dress style. Is it common for different brands/designers to use the same fabric? I'm not sure but this was exciting for me to see IRL because I've read about other people having the same kind of deja vu that I just had a couple minutes ago.

This is the dress that I bought at UO.

And this is the deja vu version found at TOPSHOP.

A Glee-spiration

Glee is quickly inching its way up to the top spot of my favorite TV shows of all time and that's saying much since I watch A LOT of tv shows haha. As I sit here at work wearing my Anna Sui Trampoline skirt (kinda how Emma is sitting
down wearing it to the right) I came to the realization that I have gotten a few great Ebay finds that have been worn by fabulous girls on Glee.

The first piece that I purchased is the Blooming Lattice Cardigan in green from Anthropologie. I absolutely fell in love with this cardi the moment I saw it and had to have it, but was not willing to pay $88 for it. I didn't want to wait for it to hit sale because I thought it would sell out so I purchased it at the sale price on Ebay!

The next piece is also worn by Quinn Fabray and is also from the lovely Anthropologie. I love love loved this dress when I first saw it in the store. I wanted to wait for it to go on sale and when it finally did I missed out. I somehow stumbled upon it on Ebay in my size and outbid others for the chance to wear this adorable Caranday Dress by Corey Lynn Calter.

The last and most recent piece (yesterday) that I purchased is the amazing J. Crew Double Serge Bow Pencil Skirt. I freakin adore this skirt and Emma Pillsbury does too! She's worn this skirt several times in different colors. I have wanted this skirt for a while after I saw it on other bloggers and Emma but all the Ebay wars for this piece have been too high for my taste. I finally got it yesterday in the aqua and am in love!!
